Building accountable NGOs through biblical principles, clear annual plans, and MEAL systems that ensure efficiency, transparency, and continuous improvement.

A detail-oriented person and ability to write reports.
SEED Human Resources
Building strong HR systems by setting clear procedures, defining jobs, preparing contracts and descriptions, and addressing employee concerns with fairness and clarity.

SEED Visibility & Communication
Strengthening NGO identity and outreach through effective branding, multi-channel media strategies, and impactful campaigns that build trust, visibility, and lasting connections.

Driving NGO growth through strategic planning, donor research, effective outreach, strong partnerships, continuous monitoring, and lasting donor relations.
